This is one mom used to fix when I was at home.
1-1½ lbs. Stew meat
3 carrots cut into bite size pieces
5 med. potatoes, peel & cube
1 can peas drained (if you like peas)
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream if celery soup
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream if mushroom soup
Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
Place meat and veggies into crockpot.
In order listed, pour soups on top
Do not add water OR stir at any time.
Cook on low all day.
Serve with cornbread, crackers or French bread. Refrigerate leftovers…great for lunch the next day!
