A favorite my mom made when I was growing up…
1.5 lbs stew meat
3 carrots, chopped
5 med. Potatoes, cubed
1 can peas (optional)
1 can tomato soup (or can diced tomatoes)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can french onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Place meat and veggies in bottom of crockpot. Layer remaining ingredients on top in order listed.
Do not add water.
Do not stir at anytime until ready to serve.
Cover and cook on low all day.
Serve with cornbread or crackers.
