I am a NBCT, Early Adolescence Mathematics, in rural Kentucky.  I was a 2014 State finalist PAEMST and an Ashland Teacher Achievement recipient in 2015.  Currently, I teach Algebra I and in my 2nd year of AP Statistics, but have taught everything from General Math to Algebra II to G/T over the past 21 years.

Teaching is my passion – I love being in the classroom.  I am hoping to become more innovative, trying new, fresh ideas and strategies with my students while using a well-balanced, reasonable approach.  When I see or learn something new, I want to share it – but I also want to consider how it will impact student learning before I introduce to my kiddos…

All comments I make are of my opinion and not necessarily of my employer.

  1. Pam,
Thanks to a tweet in which you mentioned our book, Make Just One Change, I got to this blog. Great material here on teaching and learning and great thinking about teaching and learning. Hope you get to read the book and please join our free educator network at rightquestion.org. You have a lot to contribute.
    Best wishes,
    Dan Rothstein
